Candidates who participated in the 2024/2025 Post-UTME screening at Shehu Shagari University of Education (SSUE) can now check if their names are on the provisional admission list. The list has been uploaded online through the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). Follow the guidelines below to confirm your admission status.
To verify your admission status on the JAMB CAPS Portal:
- Visit JAMB e-Facility.
- Log in using your JAMB profile username and password.
- Scroll down and click on the ‘Check Admission Status’ tab.
- On the next page, click on ‘Access My CAPS’.
- Switch to desktop mode on your browser by clicking the three-dot menu (⋮) and selecting ‘Desktop Site’.
- Click on ‘Admission Status’ to view your result.
You may see one of the following outcomes:
- Congratulations: Accept or reject your admission offer and follow further instructions.
- Admission in Progress: Your status will update soon. Check back after a few days or weeks.
- Not Admitted: Stay hopeful; there’s still a chance for admission in subsequent batches.

Candidates can also confirm their admission status by visiting the university’s noticeboard.
All admitted candidates are advised to visit any JAMB-authorized center to accept their admission and print their admission letters promptly.
