The National Examinations Council NECO has officially released the 2024/2025 timetable for the Senior School Certificate Examination SSCE GCE, helping candidates effectively plan their studies and prepare for each exam. This year’s exams are scheduled from Thursday, November 14, to Saturday, December 14, 2024.
The NECO GCE timetable outlines each subject’s exam date, time, and duration, providing candidates with a clear path to schedule their preparation accordingly. Key subjects range from French and Further Mathematics to Literature in English, Chemistry, and Civic Education, among others.
Important Points for Candidates:
1. French and Arabic oral exams will have specific locations provided by the NECO State Office.
2. Nigerian language exams will incorporate literature components.
3. Candidates with special needs, including albino and visually impaired students, will receive an additional 30 minutes per paper.
4. Scientific calculators are allowed; however, electronic communication devices are strictly prohibited.
Students sitting for Technical Drawing should bring their own drawing instruments. It’s crucial to attend all required papers, as missing practical or oral exams will result in a zero score for that subject.
To make preparation easier, the timetable is available in PNG format for download at the end of this article. Best of luck to all candidates as they prepare to excel in their NECO GCE exams!
