The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has announced the reopening of its Direct Entry (DE) Online Registration Portal for a limited time. The portal will be accessible for three days, from Friday, 6th December to Monday, 9th December 2024, providing an opportunity for candidates who recently resolved name-alignment issues with JAMB or JUPEB to complete their registration.
Eligibility Criteria for UNILAG Direct Entry Screening
The Direct Entry Screening is for candidates seeking admission into the 2024/2025 academic session. To qualify:
- You must have selected UNILAG as your first choice in the 2024/2025 Direct Entry JAMB application.
- You must have at least five credit passes in relevant O’Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in a single sitting.
- You must be 16 years or older by 31st October 2024.
Key Notes for Applicants
- Candidates younger than 16 years by 31st October 2024 are not eligible.
- Personal details across all documents must be consistent to avoid disqualification.
- Participation in the screening is mandatory for admission consideration.
- Former students dismissed for academic reasons may reapply for a different course. Expelled students are ineligible to reapply.
Application Steps
- Visit the https://admissions.unilag.edu.ng/
- Select the 2024/2025 Direct Entry Application and log in using your DE application number and surname as password.
- Generate a payment advice for the ₦2,000 screening fee and pay at any commercial bank or online.
- Complete the screening form and upload relevant academic documents.
- Print and submit the e-registration slip with supporting credentials to the Admissions Office (Room 174, Senate House) by the specified deadline.
